Program Description:
The presentation will provide an overview of the California statewide uniform child support guideline before and after the changes to the law effective September 1, 2024, as well as other changes to the Family Code resulting from SB 343.
Presented by:
Linda Kissinger is the Supervising Attorney, and Arturo Barron is an Attorney III with the Santa Cruz/San Benito County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS). Together they have over 35 years of experience representing the Counties of Santa Cruz and San Benito in paternity and child support actions.
